1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Important notes:
• Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
• During peak periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
• Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
• If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@azuraco.com
• You can also track your order directly on our website under "Track My Order".
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Azüra Co ships internationally. For orders outside of your country of residence, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon delivery.
Please note:
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• We are unable to predict the exact amount of customs fees, as they vary by country.
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
• Azüra Co cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Azüra Co is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs clearance procedures
• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events
• Carrier delays or strikes
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Azüra Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
• Check with your neighbors or building management.
• Contact your local post office or carrier directly.
• If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at hello@azuraco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to find a solution.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Azüra Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@azuraco.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
