Returns & Exchanges

At AzüraCo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item unworn, unwashed, and in perfect original condition
  • All tags still attached
  • Item in its original packaging
  • Item not marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

3. Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Items marked "Limited Edition"
  • Gift cards
  • Items with signs of wear, perfume, or makeup

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Azüra Co cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

5. How to request a return

  1. Send an email to hello@azuraco.info with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Carefully pack your item and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as a return, specifying the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or incorrect item

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@azuraco.info with photos. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
