ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days for France, 7 to 12 days for Europe. Express delivery (France/EU) takes 2 to 3 business days.

Is delivery free? Yes — free standard delivery for all orders over €120 (France/UK) and €130 (Europe).

Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also track your order via "Track My Order" on our website.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

SIZES & FIT

How do bandage dresses fit? Bandage dresses are designed to hug the body. We recommend consulting our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If in doubt between two sizes, always take the larger size.

Do the dresses run true to size? Yes, our dresses are true to standard sizes. Refer to the measurements provided on each product page for an optimal fit.

What if my dress doesn't fit? No problem — you can exchange the size within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

RETURNS & PAYMENTS

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take? Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed via Shopify's secure payment system.

What material are your bandage dresses made from? Our bandage dresses are crafted from a high-quality blend of viscose, nylon, and elastane — designed to sculpt, support, and adapt to your body.

How do I care for my dress? Hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry to maintain shape.
